Ett års jubileum på Gymgrossisten i Örebro.

Det har redan gått ett år sedan jag var i Örebro och deltog i öppnandet av Gymgrossistens butik som drivs av Johannes Eshak. I helgen firades jubileum dagen med rabatterade priser och jag var där och representerade Olimp. På plats fanns även min team kompis Albin som snart kliver upp på scen både i Norge och här i Sverige. Jag och frugan minglade runt i butiken och passade även på att utforska Örebro's shopping. Johannes och hans medarbetare har skapat en väldigt trevlig butik där man känner att man får uppbackning i både sortiment och kunskap från personalen. Det finns ett bra utbud av Olimps produkter och om det är något ni saknar så tar säkert Johannes hem det åt er.

Med Mr. Albin som kommer att visa upp en massiv fysik med djupa cuts på scen inom några veckor!

My reflektions regarding dedication, consistency, friendship, love and support.

Sitting on the plane back to Sweden after five wounderful weeks in The US. I left with dreams, hope and expectations. Some of them went my way and others just have to wait as my journey continues! 

Set a goal, dream big and put in all you got to achive what your striving for. Belive in your own ability to make your life into something great!

I am dedicated to live my life the way I want to live it and to make my dreams become a reality. For all this to succed it takes consistency and dedication in everything you do, inside and outside the gym. 

In my 36 years of living I have build some great relationships with people and the friendship, love and support these people gives me, means the world to me! This to me is what you call "living a rich life" none of the materialistic things in life matters if you don't have family and friends who love you and support you.

A week full of exciting adventures!!

Hey I have not put anything on here in a while so here is a little something. Hawaii was a great experience and we are really happy with that week. We will for sure go back some day. 

We flew into LA early sunday morning on July 27th and went to Huntington beach to meet up with my american family. After a great day with them we drove up to Pismo beach area and we have been here since. We have done a wine tasting trip to some of the beautifull vineyards here and we have gone sailing in Santa Barbara. Yesterday we did farmers market in San Louis Obisbo and ate the lengendary tri-tip sandwich of Firestone. I kid you not when I say I rank that as one of my best meal ever!! It is now friday morning and I am getting some cardio in after light pump workout for my legs. Today it is a father/son date where I will soon wake William up and go show him where I lived and went to school 20 years ago. I promissed him a donut breakfast at my favorit bakery The Golden Donut in  Orcutt. 

So how's my training then? Well I have been going to the gym everyday after my last competition mostly doing a lighter pump workout to ease in to it and to push the carbs around. I have also been doing cardio everyday to try to prevent the water retention that occurs after a show. Diet have been so and so but I try to hold back on the goodies and not eat to much as I would like to stay in fairly good condition this time. I also have some new goals and projects coming up that I will tell you about later.
