Over the years I tried all kinds of diets like the high protein diets, the high carb diets and the high fat diets and
The one diet that makes me most happy but not the best looking is the high everything and no razor diet haha.
I just scrolled my picture gallery and are amazed how much I change and the conclusion I can make out of this is
Don’t use the high everything diet anymore because it makes you a fat bastard haha.
I can promise you one thing though, I will use my favorit diet for at least a couple of days after my competitions because right now I am f…….ning starving. 12 days out and still going strong.
